摘要: 本文详细分析了传统采剥计划编制软件存在的问题，介绍了一个建立在“块段模块”与“线框模型”相结合基础上的，以自主开发的面向对象的交互式集成图形环境为平台的露天矿采剥计划CAD软件。

Abstract: This paper discusses the problems of traditional open-pit mining and planning softwares indetail. The authors introduce a open-pit mining and planning CAD softwares build on the plane of objectoriented graphic environment with combining "block model" with "frame model".
