Abstract: Due to the deficiency of core competence,most China resource enterprises struggle in great difficulty.It is basically the enhancement of core competence that helps resource enterprise acquire advantage in competence.Six essential aspects,including Human resources,technology advantage,etc.act as the keys to achieve it.Viewed from system theory and core competence,The mechanism of core competence development show four levels,from inner to outer,which should be taken for resource enterprise as theoretic clues to gain core competence.
