新形势下采矿工程专业人才培养模式改革研究

    Research into the reform of talent cultivation mode of mining engineering major under the new situation

    • 摘要: 采矿工程专业学生肩负着采矿工业技术创新,保障国家能源安全的重要使命。受全球经济下行影响,采矿工程专业人才培养面临着受宏观经济影响大、招生就业形势不容乐观、培养水平相对滞后等困境,人才培养模式亟需改革。从经济社会发展、学科专业建设、学生个人成长等维度阐述采矿工程专业人才培养模式改革的现实意义与基本原则,提出了采矿工程专业人才培养模式改革的有效路径:以就业和能力导向为培养目标,完善模块式人才培养方案;以互融互通为培养方式,建立互补式理论实践教学体系;以共建共享为培养举措,建立协同式人才培养长效机制。

       

      Abstract: Mining engineering students shoulder the important mission including the mining industry of technological innovation and the protection of national energy security. Under the impact of global economic downturn, mining engineering professionals are suffering many difficulties such as huge macroeconomic impact, poor recruitment and employment situation, outdated educational level, so the training model is in need of reform. This article describes the significance and principles of mining engineering professionals training mode reform, put forward a valid path of mining engineering professionals training mode reform from the dimension of economic and social development, professional disciplines, students' personal development: regarding the guide of employment and ability as the goal to improve the modular training program; regarding the creating and communication as the training methods to establish complementary theory and practice teaching system; regarding the concentration and opening as the results of training to establish long-term mechanism for collaborative professionals.
