从高炉瓦斯泥中浮选碳精矿的影响因素研究

摘要: 文中采用单一浮选从高炉瓦斯泥中浮选碳精矿,通过对捕收剂用量、起泡剂用量、分散剂用量以及浮选浓度这几个主要影响因素的研究,以粗选所得精矿的品位和回收率为指标,得到各种影响因素的最佳选别条件为:捕收剂选用柴油,用量为500g/t,起泡剂选用2号油,用量为25g/t,分散剂选用六偏磷酸钠,用量为100g/t,选矿浓度为5%。在此条件下,进行一粗两精的选矿工艺,可使碳品位从29.2%提高到65%以上,回收率达到66%。Abstract: Recovering carbon concentrate from blast furnace sludge using the flotation method.Collectors agent dosage,foaming agent dosage,dosage of disperser and flotation concentration were studied using single flotation method.The optimal conditions were collector is diesel with 500g/t,disperser agent is sodium silicate with 100g/t,foaming agent is 2# oil with 25g/t,and flotation concentrations is 5%。 Laboratory test through a flotation flow-sheet of "one rough flotation and two-stage concentrate" at the optimal operating condition was performed.The grade of carbon can be improved from 29.2% to above 65%,and the recovery of 66% could be obtained.
