正交方法研究啤酒酵母吸附处理含铜废水

    Study on adsorption treatment of wastewater containing copper with beer yeast by the orthogonal method

    • 摘要: 本文将废啤酒废酵母制成一种新型的生物吸附剂,通过正交方法研究不同温度、时间、pH值,以及不同初始Cu2+浓度和废啤酒酵母浓度条件下,废酵母对Cu2+的吸附能力。结果表明,吸附温度为25℃、吸附时间为90 min、pH 5、废酵母的浓度为2 g·L-1、初始Cu2+浓度为40mg·L-1的条件下,废啤酒酵母对Cu2+吸附率可达92%以上。该工艺简单,以废治废,具有良好的应用前景。

       

      Abstract: In this paper the wast beer yeast was used as biosorbent for the biosorption of Cu2+ for exploiting a new type of biosorbent.The biosorption action of Cu2+ was studied with waste beer yeast by the orthogonal method in diferent temperature、time、pH,initial copperion density and yeast density condition.The results show that the removal rate of Cu2+ can be over 92% under the condition of the adsorption temperature is 25℃,adsorption time is 90 min,value of pH is 5,the mass concentration of yeast is 2 g·L-1 and the concentration of Cu2+ is 40mg·L-1.The technique is simple,the wastewater is harnessed by other waste.Therefore,it will have better applied prospect.
