Abstract: The advantage and the disadvantage of mineral resource locations in governmental planning method and market method are analyzed in this article.In the current economical system of our country,the method of mineral location is a mixture of governmental and market.Defining the boundary of government and market is very important.What should do and what shouldn't do by government are talked about.
