Abstract:
In order to evaluate the effects of coal resources integration under the background of low carbon economy,this paper based on the reality of the fuzzy stochastic complexity of coal resources integration,combined with the fuzzy C mean clustering method (Fuzzy C-means Clustering Algorithm,FCM) and fuzzy neural network (Fuzzy Neural Network,FNN) evaluation method,put forward the “FCM-FNN” double fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to analyze and evaluate the effects of the integration of coal resources.According to the results of cluster analysis,the effects of coal resources integration are divided into 4 grades:excellent,good,medium and poor.Using “FCM-FNN” double fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the coal resources integration effect of Xishan coal and electricity group,the evaluation results are consistent with the results of the fuzzy structural element theory.According to the conclusion of evaluation and analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the effects of coal resources integration from two aspects of expanding the scale of organization and the mode of innovation management.
