Abstract: In the current world of deepening world economic globalization and regional economic integration,international economic cooperation for the promotion of economic development is increasing.Sino-Russia relations: good,bad,close,and estranged,besides relating to the major interests of two countries,and also relates to the world's stability and the change of pattern.Deeply analyzes the necessaries for Sino-Russian energy cooperation,researches the difficulties of Sino-Russian energy cooperation,opens up new areas of energy cooperation under the conditions of the market economy,to find new growth point of energy cooperation is one of the basic direction of bilateral economic and trade relations development.
