非常规碎岩技术的研究进展

    Research and development of unconventional rock fragmentation

    • 摘要: 论述了非常规碎岩方法--热熔岩法、热机碎岩法和脉冲放电碎岩法的碎岩机理、碎岩工具以及工艺等技术的国内外研究取得的成果。国内的热熔岩技术研究在热熔器结构上取得突破,处于国际先进水平。热机钻进产生的温度能达到岩石的最佳热破碎温度,说明工艺是可行的。脉冲放电碎岩法在小直径钻孔中的试验,表明了其比常规碎岩法具有非常低的能量消耗。

       

      Abstract: This paper has discussed three methods of unconventional rock fragmentation as well as rock broken mechanism, equipment and technology's research results at home and abroad. It included hot-melt method, heat-mechanical rock fragmentation and pulse discharge rock fragmentation. Research about hot-melt was mainly obtained breakthrough at hot-melt equipment's structure at home. And it was world advanced level. Temperature which made by heat-mechanical drilling could reach optimum temperature of rock fragmentation. This was proved that heat-mechanical rock fragmentation could practicable. Pulse discharge could realize very low energy consumed in small diameter drilling hole by experiments.
