Abstract: This paper analyzed the present condition,trend and problems of developing mine ventilation and safety management system and probed info the development methods.Further more,this paper submit a development model which combines Component Technology and Rapid Prototype Method based on dot net framework which can resolve the problems of traditional development methods.
