1000℃下焙烧低品位钡矿的实验研究

    STUDY ON LOW-GRADE BARIUM MINERAL BOASTING BELOW 1000℃

    • 摘要: 为了对低品位钡矿在1000℃下的热分解的无益组分进行水浸,采用热分解因素条件实验、DTA-TG热分析、XRD产物衍射分析及用动力学计算对四川万源庙子的低品位钡矿在1000℃下的热分解行为和各组分水浸规律及其机理进行研究。得出了四川万源庙子的低品位钡矿在1000℃下对钡富集的最佳焙烧条件是粒度为40-120目,焙烧温度为950℃,焙烧保温时间3小时。万源庙子低品位钡矿在700℃~1000℃的热分解变化规律是:在720℃~815℃白云石、钡白云石、部分钡解石分解,由成核与生长机制控制,动力学方程式为:-ln(1-a)=kt,在815℃~1000℃,白云石、钡白云石、钡解石延续第一阶段分解及白云石生成CaCO3和矿石中方解石的分解,并有小量碳酸钡、碳酸锶的分解,整个过程由三维扩散,3D(球对称)的机制控制,动力学方程式为:1-(1-a)1/32=kt。

       

      Abstract: In order to leach unprofitable matter of decompo sition of Low-grade barium mineral below 1000℃,The decomposition behavior and mechanism and it's change regularities of Low-grade barium mineral from Sichuan Wanyuan miaozi below 1000℃ was studied by using term experiment of decomposit ion factor,thermal analysis,X-ray diffraction analysis and kinetics compute.The optimum condition that the Low-grade barium mineral of Wanyuan miaozi was boas ted on enrichment of Ba was as show:the particle size was 40~120,the boasting temperature was 950℃,the boasting time was 2h.the decomposition rules of Low-g rade barium mineral of Wanyuan miaozi was as show:the barytocalcite、barytodolom ite、dolomite、decomposed at 720℃~815℃,The step of decomposition was control led by nuclear producing and growing process(n=1),the decomposition mechanism may be expressed as follows:-ln(1-a)=kt,The second step of decomposition at 815℃ ~1000℃ was the barytocalcite、barytodolomite、dolomite was continued decomposi tion and CaCO3 which was the decomposing matter of dolomite and calcite were decomposed,there were a small quantity of Strontium carbonate and barium carbonate also decomposed,the decomposition process was controlled by three-dimensional diffuse(ball symmetry),the decomposition mechanism may be expressed as follows: 1-(1-a)1/32=kt.
