Abstract: In mining industry dominated areas,mining enterprises not only make a significant contribution to local economic development but also have an important influence on the ecological environment and resources.Mining enterprises have become the main force of building harmonious society,therefore mining companies should bear the social responsibility.In the perspective of the enterprise and society,this article puts forward the theory and content of mining enterprises'social responsibility by combining the theory in the field of enterprises' social responsibility.Study has shown that:the mining enterprises' social responsibility has common features like the general enterprises'social responsibility;meanwhile it has its own unique characteristics.
