氮化硅结合碳化硅耐磨材料在矿山机械的应用

    The application of silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide material in mining machinery

    • 摘要: 我国矿山机械制造的核心问题之一是机械的材料材质。氮化硅结合碳化硅材料的生产制备方法主要有一般烧结法和逆反应烧结法,而后者成本低、产品性能较好。氮化硅结合碳化硅硬度是耐磨铸钢的3倍,具有耐磨、耐高温、耐腐蚀的性能特点,适于生产矿山机械(如旋流器、砂浆泵、挖掘机等)的耐磨部件,应用前景广阔,国内已有用作砂泵叶轮的先例。氮化硅结合碳化硅材料应在产品结构的均匀性、冲击韧性、与其他部件的连接和成型、粘结、喷涂技术方面进一步提高,以便更好地应用于矿山机械。

       

      Abstract: The material quality is a key obstacle factor for mining machinery manufacture in China. The production methods of silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide include general sintering and reverse reaction sintering mainly. And the latter is favorable to obtain the higher performance product with low cost. Its hardness is three times of wear resistant cast steel. It can be applied to wear resisting parts of mining machinery(such as cyclone, slurry pump, excavator and so on) due to its wear resistance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance properties. It has a wide application prospect. There were domestic precedents of slurry pump impeller. In order to this application, its uniformity of structures, impact toughness, connection with other parts, and forming, bonding and spraying technology needs further improvement in future.
