Abstract: The paper introduces systematically the goals,principles,functions,network structure,software and hardware platforms,developing tools and method of GFMIS(Gaofeng Mine Corp.Ltd.′s Management Information System) ;illustrates the basic thinking and method of developing the mine enterprises' MIS;offeres the beneficial reference to other mine enterprises to build their own effective MIS.\;
