某尾矿低品位氧化锌回收的工艺研究

    Study on beneficiation of low grade zinc oxide from a tailings

    • 摘要: 某尾矿样含铅0.68%、锌2.86%、硫1.52%,采用浮选-摇床重选、浮选-螺旋溜槽-摇床重选、浮选-Falcon离心机-摇床重选、脱泥-全浮选和不脱泥-全浮选流程对其进行了回收利用研究。试验结果表明,不脱泥-全浮选流程获得了最好的选矿指标,锌精矿锌品位28.42%,回收率75.60%。

       

      Abstract: A sample of tailings contains 0.86% Pb, 2.86% Zn and 1.52% S, and the experimental recycling researches were carried out by adopting the separation processes of flotation-shaking table, flotation-spiral-shaking table, flotation-Falcon concentrator-shaking table, desliming-flotation and non desliming-flotation. Test results show that the non desliming-flotation process in the best for bencficiation of the tailings, the grade of zinc concentrate is 28.42% Zn, and the recovery is 75.60%.
