铜坑矿细脉带矿体特大事故隐患区治理方案的研究

    Feasibility study on the program of eliminating potential accident at veinlet belt orebady of Tongkeng mine

    • 摘要: 铜坑矿细脉带矿石自燃形成火区,使矿山开采顺序紊乱,并遗留大量未处理的采空区,对矿山安全生产造成重大事故隐患。根据矿石发火机理、火区控制措施、事故隐患区域地压安全性分析以及矿山开采技术条件,制定了采用大爆破顺序崩落细脉带采区范围内的剩余矿石,并彻底消除所有空区的技术方案。针对不同的爆破条件和预期效果要求,采用束状竖直大直径深孔为主,局部辅以100mm的上向中深孔或小型硐室分次爆破技术方案。对方案实施的安全技术措施和矿山环境的可能影响也进行了分析。

       

      Abstract: The veinlet belt orebady of Tongkeng Mine with spontaneous ignition formats a fire area, that makes mining sequence disorder, and a great number of stoped areas untreated. Those factors induce significant potential dangerous to mining. Based on the ore spontaneous ignition mechanism, the fire controlling measures, the analysis of pressure and safety, and the mining condition in the potential accident region, a technology program to completely eliminate all the space and recovery the remaining ore is developed by sequence caving. According to the blasting conditions and the expected results, the large diameter vertical bundle-hole, 100 mm diameter deep hole and small chamber are applied in the blasting design. The safety measures and the potential environment impact are also evaluated in this program.
