Abstract: Zambia is a poor African country with more than 7 billion 4 hundred million dollars foreign loans, however, it is such a country that abundant of the kind and quantity of the mineral resources. Because of the lacks of capital, technology, facility and professionals, a lot of mineral resources are still not exploited on a large scale. At present, mineral resources are extremely intense, and therefore it is actively significance to invest in Zambia and exploit its mineral resources. This paper makes the view of investing mineral resources in Zambia on the base of analysis on mineral resources and the environment of investment of Zambia.
