Abstract: The sustainment problem of the strategic resources includes two respects:keeping the predominance of predominant strategic mineral resources and guaranteeing sustainable supply of deficient strategic mineral resources.As for the way to solve the problem,there are market\|based sustainable supply method and administrative sustainable supply method Considering interests of users,this paper analyses the above two methods by using game theory.In addition,some policy measures are proposed according to the Nash equilibrium.
