Abstract: Based on the development and technological innovation of Zijinshan Gold Mine, the author expounds project management systemically, generalize the successful experiences of project management in developing the gold mine, and give out the basic principles and views on constructing specialized project management model of Zijin Mining to adapt the demand of globalization of economy and modernization of management, boost the development of Zijin Mining Company Ltd. and reach the long term strategic targets.
