内蒙某赤铁矿直接还原壳材料试验研究

    Research on shell material for Inner Mongolia's hematite by direct reduction roasting

    • 摘要: 直接还原法在处理贫铁矿时展现出一定的优势。本实验希望研究出一种新型壳材料,将其涂于压制后的矿块表面,通过直接还原焙烧-磨矿-磁选流程,得到产品品位与回收率均为90%以上的精矿。该壳材料应有较强致密性并且在高温中有一定强度,可以保证原矿的还原效果。该思想可以推广到工业生产,从而改善直接还原方法中的隧道窑设备生产效率低的问题。

       

      Abstract: Direct reduction roasting has advantage in dealing with low-grade hematite. This experiment is supposed to research for a new shell material, which is besmeared onto the surface of suppressed undressed ore, according to direct reduction roasting-grinding-magnetic separation work flow, get the Fe concentrate with both of Fe content and Fe recovery being 90%. The shell material need to have density and intensity in high temperature which could ensure the effect of reduction. The thoughts could improve the low efficiency in tunnel kiln by direct reduction roasting.
