高含泥氧化矿分级联合浸出技术试验研究

摘要: 高含泥氧化矿堆浸效果差,寻求简单易行的浸出技术是实现高效低成本的关键所在。经过充分分析论证,进行了一系列的技术改造,形成了"堆浸为主、搅浸为辅"的分级联合浸出技术。工业试验表明,采用破碎、水洗分级技术,使矿石分为非泥质与泥质矿,使不同的物料进入不同的流程成为可能;采用皮带入堆、动态用酸技术,提高浸堆的渗透性,降低了酸耗量;采用了工业余热加温搅拌浸出、矿浆浓密技术,分别取代了矿浆加热、浸渣压滤技术,简化了工艺,节约了能耗。分级联合浸出技术适应性强,拓展了酸浸技术的应用范围。Abstract: It is the key to seek the simple technology to leaching high-mud oxidated ore, which has the bad effect in heap leaching, to heighten leaching efficient and reduce cost. After fully analyzing and technological reforming, the combined leaching technology is coming forth, with which heap leaching is mostly and stir leaching is subsidiary. By using breakage and washing classification technology, ore is divided to the clay and massive mineral which enter into different process flow. With the strap transforming ore to pile, dynamic using acid technology, permeability of heap is improved and the consumption of acid is reduced. Under the waste heat to heat stirred leaching and densing technology of pulp, which is taking place of pulp heating and leaching residue filtrated technology respectively, the process then is simplified and the energy consumption saved. Classification combined leaching technology is adaptable, and breakthrough the bottles of high-mud oxided ore leaching.
