Abstract: The circular economy in the coal-oriented city is an effective way for sustainable development and implement the scientific concept of development.Based on the theory of sustainable development and ecological economy This paper puts forward the circular economy development model in coal-oriented city of construction the enterprises and industrial park developing circular economy and construction resource-circular city by combining with the outstanding problem existed in the economic and social development in Pingdingshan City.and discussed and studied respectively on the productive cycle inside enterprise, the planning of industrial park, urban infrastructure construction, ecological and environmental construction and the social security system, etc.
