Abstract: This article analyzes the meaning and particularity of mining right,points out the distinction and connection between mining right value and mineral resources value,and then,analyzes the change rule in mining right value and draws its curves.Lastly,author brings forward some creative ideas for China to build new registration system for safeguarding mining right obligee's equity,according to the change rules in mining right value.
