Abstract: The coal is one of the most important energy of our country, the coal industry is our country's main property. For a long time, the developments of coal industry have a low efficiency and a high pollution, which made the contradiction of environment and economy more serious. The circulate economy seek a way of low exploit, full usage and low emission, it is a new solution of our traditional coal industry. This paper introduces the principle and the fundamental thinking of the coal industry based on the model of the circulate economy, and establishes the chart of the model and the construction of circulate coal industry. And then introduces the main technology of the circulate coal industry.
