金川矿山深井高应力开采潜在的问题与关键技术研究

    The research of potential problems and important technics about Jinchuan deep mining of high stress

    • 摘要: 金川铜镍矿以其复杂的工程地质条件和碎胀蠕变的岩石力学特性,一直受到国内外采矿工程和岩石力学界的关注。近年,随着开采深度接近1000m,矿山采掘强度和开采范围的逐步加大,由于深部矿岩破碎程度、构造应力及采动压力均有增大趋势,对开采带来很多困难和安全隐患。文章在系统分析金川进入深部开采所面临的巷道稳定性、采场稳定性以及岩层移动等主要问题的基础上,提出了解决金川深井高应力条件下采矿问题的关键技术思路和方向。

       

      Abstract: Because its complicated engineering geological conditions and Crack-expansion creep characteristic of rock mechanics, Jinchuan Cu-Ni deposit is always attracted attention to in mining engineering subject and rock mechanics subject at home and abroad. Recently, with the mining depth nearly reaching to 1000 meters, excavation intensity and excavation range gradually increasing, the fragmentation index of deep ore, the tectonic stress and the mining dynamic pressure are all tending to increase, which will cause a good many difficulties and potential security hazard. In this article, the author offers readers an important new technical train of thought about Jinchuan deep mining of high stress, based on systematically analyzing stability of the adit and the stope and movement of the rock strata,which Jingchuan Group has to solve.
