Abstract: On the base of the analysis of the safety situation and the safety evaluation,this paper put forward that the mine produce system is constituted by person,thing and environment,and the system is complex disaster three-dimensional system in space distributing.So Mine safety evaluation ought to be established in person,thing and environment,and then analyze and judge on mine safety system from the danger factor,the safety evaluation index,the frame model of safety evaluation and the comprehensive evaluation method,in order to take the reins of the mine safety state nd provide the reference to improve on the manage system of mine safety.
