广西兴业某锰矿选矿试验研究

    The test research of processing one manganese ore in Xingye,Guangxi province

    • 摘要: 广西兴业某锰矿含锰23.59%,主要以软锰矿、硬锰矿的形式存在,原矿中还含镍0.15%,含钴0.07%。通过洗矿、重选、磁选试验研究,确定原矿磨至-0.8mm,磁场强度为17000Oe,采用一粗、一扫的磁选流程可以获得品位为31.12%、回收率为83.08%的锰精矿。锰精矿含镍0.20%,含钴0.10%,按原矿计算镍、钴的回收率分别为74.61%和75.25%,磁选工艺在锰得到合理分选的同时,有效综合回收了镍和钴。

       

      Abstract: the content of one Manganese ore In XingYe, GuangXi is about 23.59%, and which mainly exist in the type of pyrolusite and psilomelanite. Nickel is of 0.15% and Cobalt is of 0.07%. By the experiments of ore washing, gravity separation and magnetic separation, the magnetic separating flowsheet of which grinding to -0.8mm, magnetic field intensity of 17000 Oe,one roughing and one cleaning was determined. The manganese concentrate is attained which the grade is of 31.12%,the recovery is of 83.08%,the content of Nickel is of 0.20% and Cobalt is of 0.10%. Calculating with the ore, the recovery of Nickel and Cobalt are 74.61% and 75.25%,it was shown that: by the magnetic separating flowsheet, while the Manganese ore was rationally seperated, the Nickel and Cobalt can also be effectively comprehensive recovered.
