Abstract: Energy is the material basis for economy growth. The energy production and energy comsumption of Heilongjiang province are both large, and energy is very important to its economy growth. According to the eleventh five-year planning, the energy consumption per GDP unit of Heilongjiang province should reduce by 20% than that of the tenth five-year. Therefore,the study on economy growth and energy consumption has very important practical significance.
