乌龙泉矿尾矿分类及特性研究

摘要: 研究以石灰石白云石尾矿为原料制作建筑用砖,需要从尾矿库中获取有代表性的尾矿和能够全面反映尾矿的综合信息。本文根据武钢乌龙泉矿尾矿排放和沉积规律,在尾矿库中沿尾矿砂浆的流向,线性布点取样,获得近几年尾矿的沉积信息,同时,从5m深探槽均匀取样,获得尾矿沉积的历史信息。在尾矿粒径的三角坐标上,通过归类分析,将尾矿库中尾矿简化为尾砂、尾土泥和综合样等3种尾矿类别,并以尾矿固化和成型为目的,检测尾矿相关的物理化学性质,满足了后续尾矿砖研究的要求。尾矿砖生产实践表明尾矿原料基本处于这3个类别之中。Abstract: Study on the production of building brick made with dolomite limestone tailings raw material,needs to acquire a representative sample from the tailings reservoir and the tailings comprehensive information. According to tailings discharge and deposition law of Wulongquan mine of WISCO,sampling points are linearly arranged in the tailings reservoir along the flow direction of tailings mortar to obtain recent years tailings deposition information.At the same time,5 meters deep trench sampling reveals tailings deposition history information.Through classification and analysis,tailings category is simplified as sand,soil clay and integrated kind of tailings in the triangular coordinate.In order to deliberate solidifying compatibility and forming of tailings,the sample of tailings withstands the specified tests,the related physical and chemical properties serve the follow-up research of tailings bricks.Practice of the production of tailings bricks indicates that tailings material agrees with classification of sampling.
