广西某氧化锰尾矿再选试验研究

    Research on reconcentration of a certain manganese oxide ore tailings in Guangxi

    • 摘要: 广西某微细粒嵌布氧化锰尾矿含锰21.53%,主要以软锰矿和菱锰矿形式存在。试验考查了单一重选、重选-磁选联合选别、分级强磁选和全粒级强磁选四种选矿流程对该氧化锰尾矿的回收,确定了全粒级单一强磁选的粗粒集合体选矿工艺,在磁场强度为887kA/m的条件下,锰精矿产率为45.56%,精矿品位为30.35%,锰回收率为64.43%,精矿质量达到黑色冶金行业标准YB/T 319-2005《冶金用锰矿石》的AMn30-Ⅲ-Ⅲ-Ⅰ级别要求,可作为冶炼锰质铁合金的原料。

       

      Abstract: The manganese content of a certain fine-disseminated manganese oxide ore tailings is 21.53%,mainly existing in the form of pyrolusite and rhodochrosite.Four mineral processing flowsheets of gravity separation,combined process of gravity separation and magnetic concentration,high intensity magnetic separation after classifying,and high intensity magnetic separation with the whole size range were investigated.Lastly,the coarse aggregate dressing process of high intensity magnetic separation with the whole size range was considered to be the best.Under the magnetic field intensity of 887 kA/m,the manganese concentrate yield is 45.56%,and the grade of which is 30.35%,with the manganese recovery going up to 64.43%.The concentrate quality reaches the requirements of the grade AMn 30-Ⅲ-Ⅲ-Ⅰin the ferrous metallurgy industry standard YB/T 319-2005 Metallurgical Manganese Ore,which can be used for smelting manganese ferroalloy.
