综放工作面端头区结构稳定性研究

    Study of end structural stability of fully mechanized caving face

    • 摘要: 放顶煤采煤工作面端头区支护是采场支护的难点,其主要原因在于端头区弧形三角板的形成及其稳定。本文提出了加强早期顺槽顶板的支护,是端头区形成稳定和完整弧形三角板的前提,揭示了解决端头区支护难,主要在于要解决好弧形三角板"大结构"和端头支架"小结构"关系的规律,强调大、小结构存在相互协调和相互制约的关系,"大结构"是端头区稳定的关键。

       

      Abstract: Top-coal caving face end support is difficult, mainly due to the formation and stability of triangle roof plate with curve side at face end.Strengthening of the early crossheading roof support is the premise of forming completed and stabe triangle roof plate with curve side.Reveals the solution to the end support is to solve the relations between the "large structures" of triangle roof plate with curve side and the "small structure" of end support. Large structure and small structure is a structure with coordination and mutual relations,the stability of "large structures" is the key of the face end stability.
