湖北某低品位白钨矿浮选捕收剂的试验研究

摘要: 以湖北某矿山铜硫浮选尾矿的低品位白钨矿为研究对象,针对钨流失严重的现象做了系统试验分析,分析结果表明原流程使用的捕收剂ZL-B对细粒级钨矿捕收能力差。该实验对其捕收剂进行了研究,分别研究了单独使用ZL-B、GYWA、LDZ捕收剂和复配捕收剂ZL-B+LDZ、ZL-B+GYWA、GYWA+LDZ。研究结果表明,使用复配捕收剂GYWA∶LDZ=4∶1在最佳用量为500g/t时,得到的浮选指标最优,粗精矿的品位为1.2%,回收率为84.42%,能够为下一作业创建良好条件。Abstract: This paper takes a low-grade scheelite of copper and sulfur flotation tailings in Hubei as research object.Systemic experiment is done to analyze the serious erosion of tungsten,the result shows that collector of ZL-B used in the original process is bad for the collection of fine-grade tungsten ore. Experiments are carried out to study the collectors of ZL-B,GYWA,LDZ,ZL-B+LDZ,ZL-B+GYWA and GYWA +LDZ.The result shows that the best flotation indexes are obtained with collector of GYWA∶ LDZ=4∶1with the best dosage of 500g/t.The rough concentrate grade is 1.2% and the recovery rate is 84.42%.This will create good conditions for the next operation.
