煤矿沿空掘巷顶板离层在线监测预警系统设计

    Design for on-line monitoring and warning system of roof abscission layer in gob-side entry driving of mine

    • 摘要: 针对掘进巷道顶板在线监测困难、预警能力较弱的问题,提出了一种基于工业以太网顶板离层在线监测预警系统,通过构建基于ZigBee协议的无线传感器网络,给出了该系统的硬件与软件设计,实现对井下环境数据的采集、传输。根据系统的数据分析需求,本文进一步提出了基于模糊贴近度和灰色关联度的两级数据融合模型。测试结果表明,该系统能够对沿空掘巷顶板离层在线精确测量,误差保持在±4.8%之间,相较人工测量预警能力得到明显提高。

       

      Abstract: There are many problems with on-line monitoring, and the warning capacity is weak in roadway roof, an on-line monitoring and warning system of roof abscission layer based on industry web is proposed. By building a wireless sensor network based on ZigBee protocol, the hardware and software design are introduced in paper, and the overall design. implementation of down hole environmental data collection, transmission, and then via the industrial Ethernet will collect data sent to the monitoring center computer. According to the requirements of system data fusion, is proposed in this paper, based on fuzzy closeness and two levels of data fusion model of grey correlation degree. The test results show that the system is able to on-line measure accurately for roof abscission layer in gob-side entry driving of mine, the error could be kept on ±4.8, and the early warning capacity is improved effectively.
