Abstract:
Using dodecylamine as collector and starch as inhibitor,the relationship between flotability and time was studied by the method of single mineral orthogonal flotation tests for kyanite,quartz and biotite of Xingai kyanite ore.In addition,the kinetic parameters of three minerals are analyzed based on flotation kinetics principles.The results showed that flotation velocity constant is is not actually constant,differences between three minerals flotation rate can be enlarged by using starch as inhibitor,and flotation processes can be simulated by classical one-level flotation model.Fitting quartz,biotite and kyanite recovery model fitted with the experimental correlation R
2 respectively 0.97,0.98 and 0.96,which shows that the flotation kinetics model can simulate mineral flotation.
