Abstract: Green mining construction is a new model of our country's mine development,it's necessary to promoting the green mining construction in our country.Promulgated by the state council to the National Human Rights Action Plan (2012-2015) as an opportunity,grasping the opportunity to practice the plan firstly in the mine not only benefits our country's human rights development,fulfilling the scientific outlook on development,improving the humanistic environment of mine,but also indirectly promotes the development of green mining through the implementation of the National Human Rights Action Plan (2012-2015),injecting new vitality for our country's green mining construction.
