安家岭北帮内排压脚回填技术的参数优化研究

    Research on parameters optimization of the technology for the pressure foot of backfilling internal dumping in the north wall of Anjialing surface mine

    • 摘要: 采用FLAC数值模拟及1:200的相似材料模拟,详细研究了安家岭北帮露井联采下内排土压脚回填前后露天边坡及在该边坡下布置的井工巷道围岩的应力场及位移场变化规律,并重点分析了不同回填高度对边坡及巷道稳定性的影响。研究结果表明,回填至标高+1358.8m后巷道破坏区不再与前端煤柱破坏区相连通,回填至标高+1393.6m后边坡及巷道的水平位移减少幅度超过60%,煤柱承载力弱化比例明显降低。

       

      Abstract: Using the FLAC numerical simulation and 1:200 similar material simulation, the paper analyzes the stress field and the changing law of the displacement field which belongs to the open-air side slope around the pressing foot of backfilling internal dumping and the well labor tunnel surrounding rock under this side slope in detail, and analyzes the influence to the stability of the side slope and tunnel with the different backfill heights with emphasis. The findings indicates that after backfilling to the +1358.8m the tunnel destruction area is no longer to connect with the front virgin coal destruction area, and after backfilling to the +1393.6m the reducing scope of the side slope and tunnel's horizontal displacement surpasses 60%, meanwhile the attenuation proportion of the supporting capacity of the virgin coal is reducing obviously.
