Abstract: Now,mineral resources existing legal system has some deficiencies in development and utilization of mineral resources in China.Mineral resources law relatively scattered and improper internal coordination,mining rights and flow transition is lack of the public and rationality;At the same time,the administrative regulation is not effective.This paper tries to use some research methods,such as theoretical analysis,empirical research,comparison.Combination of mineral resources development and utilization.The author analyzes the national mineral resources legal system of the defects and problems.The author studies the mineral resources legal system in our country.Based on the reality of the law applicable and implementation,it is the mineral resources law system to be better.
