Abstract:
From the project of large rotary kiln in the implementation of large(wheel,gear ring and cylinder) of transport,gear bearing capacity problems,puts forward the design and suitable for the on-site production plan;through the example of mechanical equilibrium solution,solves the key technology to determine the self positioning slide shoe bearing design of the sliding pillow with the angle of the rotary kiln;through the modification coefficient of the gear selection and distribution of spiral angle and choice,solve the bearing capacity problem of small modulus gear of conventional rotary kiln;the use of contrast method for large rotary kiln design evaluation,draw the conclusion:the use of sliding shoe bearings,gear ring,combined with multi site group welding ring,on-site production of cylinder,spot welding groove and cutting plate outer circle,can solve the large project type rotary kiln implementation of the transportation problem;based on the displacement coefficient Rational distribution and adopt bevel gear transmission,can meet the requirements of high power transmission;the self positioning slide shoe bearing,not only eliminates the block wheel device,and the sliding contact surface of the shoe and the slip ring automatic anastomosis,can avoid thermal system change and operational and other reasons caused by the tyre roller is not normal wear and tear.
