Abstract: Based on model of matter element,this paper evaluated on performance of reclamations project of abandoned land in coal mining areas in Hongqi town,Qitaihe City,Heilongjiang province.There are two conclusions:the degree of individual performance levels of land consolidation project are:the performance level of capital investment is good;that of organization and management is medium;that of building achievement is excellent;that of social benefit is medium.Integrated performance level is good,this accord to the actual situation.This study has enriched the field of land consolidation.The study is a certain reference value to the performance evaluation of land consolidation in coal mining areas.
