改性凹凸棒土对钾、钙、镁离子交换作用的研究

    Study on the Ion exchange of potassium,calcium and magnesium by alter-attapulgite

    • 摘要: 以江苏盱眙凹凸棒土为原料,分别采用煅烧、酸洗、碱洗、氯铵洗和碳铵洗的方法对其进行改性,考察改性凹凸棒土分别对钾、钙、镁三种离子的离子交换效果。在低浓度水溶液(0.05mol/L)中,以铵盐溶液处理过的凹凸棒土对钾、钙、镁三种离子的交换吸附顺序为K+>Ca2+>Mg2+。实验结果表明,改性凹凸棒土对钾、钙、镁离子的交换吸附能力,应用于海水中提取钾盐应具有较好的前景。

       

      Abstract: Attaplgite from jiang su province was used as row material and treated by calcine, acid, alkali, ammonium chloride and ammonium carbonate cleaning respectively to obtain alter-attapulgte. Then the ion exchange of potassium、calcium and magnesium by alter-attapulgite was investigated. In low solution concentration (0.05mol/L), iron exchange order of those ions by ammonium-alter-attapulgite was K+>Ca2+>Mg2+. The result suggested alter-attapulgite can be used to extract potassium from seawater.
