Abstract:
To determine coal self-heating risk under the high ground temperature environment, the different initial oxidation temperature of coal adiabatic oxidation experiment were implemented. The results show that time cost from initial temperature to 70oC in adiabatic oxidation condition (t
70) decreased largely with the increase of initial temperature. And the higher coal rank is,the greater initial temperature influences t
70.As the ground temperature increases, the spontaneous combustion tendency of coal increases, converting uneasy self-ignition to easily self-igniting.High ground temperature cause that the vast original life of the group participate in the reaction during the initial oxidation, then generating more secondary active group and increasing the strength of the microscopic reaction sequence. It shows that the rate of heat release grows significantly and the time of adiabatic oxidation is shortened. So the risk of self-heating of coal increases.
