高地温环境对煤的自热危险性影响分析

    The effect of high ground temperature environment on risk of coal self-heating

    • 摘要: 为确定高地温环境中煤的自热危险性,进行了不同初始氧化温度的煤绝热氧化实验。结果表明:初始氧化温度升高,煤绝热氧化温升到70℃所用的时间(t70)大大降低,且煤阶越高,t70值受初始氧化温度的影响越大。随着地温的升高,煤的自燃倾向性增大,会由不易自燃煤变为自燃煤。地温升高导致初始氧化时即有大量的原生活性基团参与反应,继而产生更多的次生活性基团,微观反应序列的强度增大,宏观上表现为放热速率明显增强,绝热氧化时间缩短,自热危险性增大。

       

      Abstract: To determine coal self-heating risk under the high ground temperature environment,the different initial oxidation temperature of coal adiabatic oxidation experiment were implemented.The results show that time cost from initial temperature to 70oC in adiabatic oxidation condition (t70) decreased largely with the increase of initial temperature.And the higher coal rank is,the greater initial temperature influences t70.As the ground temperature increases,the spontaneous combustion tendency of coal increases,converting uneasy self-ignition to easily self-igniting.High ground temperature cause that the vast original life of the group participate in the reaction during the initial oxidation,then generating more secondary active group and increasing the strength of the microscopic reaction sequence.It shows that the rate of heat release grows significantly and the time of adiabatic oxidation is shortened.So the risk of self-heating of coal increases.
