摘要: 涡北炼焦煤选煤厂采用3NWZXΦ1300/920旋流器进行原煤不脱泥入选,其生产调试的效果直接关系到选煤的正常生产。本文采用多因素一元定量实验的方法,对旋流器的影响因素:原煤处理量、分选密度、入料压力、分流比(煤泥含量)、介质粒度进行了实验分析,确定了其最佳的分选条件。将确定后的工艺参数带入实际生产,混精煤产品数质量一直保持在较好的水平。同时,针对实际生产过程中存在的中煤发热量过剩问题,本文提出了采用二段溢流管大深度插入的解决方案,在保证精煤灰分的前提下,提高中煤灰分。溢流管调试安装使用后,中煤发热量控制在3500k3700kJ之间,产率从3.27%提高到了4.55%,实现了经济效益的最大化。Abstract: 3NWZXΦ1300/920 type cyclone was used to sort raw coal with mud in Guobei coking coal preparation plant,and the effect of its production debugging is directly related to the normal production of coal preparation.The multivariate-one variable quantitative experiment was used to determine the optimum separation conditions,such as raw coal processing capacity,sorting density,feeding pressure,split ratio (slime content) and particle size.The quantity and quality of mixed clean coal maintains at a good level with the determined process parameters in actual production process.And at the same time,according to the problem of middling quantity of heat is excessive,the solution of using Sec overflow pipe inserted into great depth was proposed in this paper to increase middling ash under the premise of ensuring the clean coal ash.With the installation and commissioning of the overflow pipe,the calorific value of coal was controlled between 3500~3700kJ,and the yield was improved from 3.27% to 4.55%,which achieves the maximum economic efficiency.
