Abstract: This paper discusses and analyzes the status of the resource exploitation of Tongshankou Copper mine,the existing problems,and proposes the countermeasure of sustainable development of mines. It includs strengthening programming and management of resource exploitation,raising the technological level of comprehensive utilization of resources,reduction of consuming resources and discharge waste rock,comprehensive utilization of resources,being resources by waste rock and tailings,restoration of the ecological environment,and so on.It has the guidance function of sustainable development of mines.
