Abstract: Mine environmental management is concerning about resource management，environmental management and production management.This makes it difficult to coordinate all relevant departments.This paper analyzes China’s Institutional settings，functions and coordinating mechanism of the mine environment management.The results show that the horizontal coordination and cooperation among different departments is lack.The goals between the central and local governments are inconsistent.And there is a game relationship between government and enterprises.It is suggested to establish powers and matters scientifically.Improve the weight of environmental assessment under the pressure management system.And promoting the restoration and management of environment as a whole.
