Abstract: This paper proposes the mine gas tracing inspection forewarning system, which against the gas prevention and management for dynamic monitoring, accurate analysis and intelligent forewarning in the production process of coal mines.This system uses GIS-based data visualization,map-based information technology to establish information databases, and Visual Basic 6.0 language as development software produced the mine tunnels layout plan, design and development of the system.This system realized the visualization detection of gas operation, the transmission of gas data, the data information processing, intelligent tracing inspection and forewarning,and statistical reporting, the use of dynamic holographic visualization technology to reduce unsafe acts of people, ultimately realization the "intrinsically safe" of coal mines.
