山西岢岚铝土矿选矿试验研究

    Study on dressing experiments of bauxite in Kelan,Shanxi province

    • 摘要: 山西岢岚铝土矿是一水硬铝石型的低品位铝土矿,有用矿物与脉石矿物共生关系密切,分选难度较大。通过工艺矿物学研究和选矿实验,针对铝硅比为4.14的原矿,采用"选择性磨矿-正浮选"的工艺流程,正浮选采用新型捕收剂ZMC-3,经一粗二精二扫的工艺流程,获得了铝硅比为9.27、氧化铝回收率为72.60%的精矿。试验获得的精矿指标较好,达到了拜耳法炼铝的要求。

       

      Abstract: Bauxite from Kelan,Shanxi province,is low grade diasporic bauxite,valuable minerals and gangue minerals are closely associated with each other,which results in sorting difficult.Through mineralogical study and mineral processing experiments,for the bauxite ores of A/S=4.14,the test press of "selective grinding-positive flotation" were carried out,positive flotation used new collector ZMC-3,through one roughing,two cleanings and two scavengings,obtained the A/S of final concentrate was 9.27 and recovery rate of Al2O3 was 72.60%.The index of concentrate is better,reach the requirements of Bayer process.
