逐孔起爆技术在广信青洲水泥矿山的应用与分析

摘要: 广信青洲水泥矿山现有爆破方式存在爆破振动大,爆堆挖掘效率低,及矿石破碎环节电耗高等问题。引入了高精度导爆管雷管实现逐孔起爆方式,对现有起爆方式进行升级改造。在爆区设计中,引入了三维激光扫描仪对爆区进行了整体优化,以控制前排最小抵抗线及爆区内等时线均匀度。通过类似爆区肩并肩的对比试验,进行了爆破振动监测,统计并分析了挖掘机装车效率及矿石破碎站数据,证实了逐孔起爆技术应用于石灰岩矿山台阶爆破的技术优势。与现有普通导爆管起爆方式相比,可以降低爆破振动约30%~40%;爆堆块度更加均匀,大块率更低,爆堆铲装效率提高约15%,减少了车辆的无效等待时间;破碎站电耗平均下降了约5% 。Abstract: There are some big issues using current blasting method in Guangxin Qingzhou cement quarry,including blast vibration,fragmentation and power consumption in crushing process.Introduced high precision detonator to achieve hole by hole initiation way,and upgrade current initiation system.Used 3-D laser scan to optimize blasting design,controlled minimum burden and isochron inside blasting area.Through side by side comparison,conducted vibration monitoring,collected and analysed lots of test data,fully confirmed the technical advantage of hole by hole technology using in cement quarry.Compared with plain detonators,blasting vibration reduced by 40%;fragmentation more equality and oversize rate lower;digging rate increased around 15%,and reduced invalid waiting time of truck;power consumption decreased by 5%.
