Abstract: Through the analysis on current situation of Chinese resources enterprises and combining the developing characters of international resources companies, writer makes an analysis on the actual obstacles in the development processes of Chinese resources companies and found out these problem and obstacles existed in enterprise system, management, investment environment of Chinese resources companies. At the end, writer made some suggestions in both government side and enterprise side on improving enterprise development of Chinese resources companies.
