Abstract: The safety in production law of the People's Republic of China has already been implemented formally since November 1,2002,this is a new milestone of legal construction of safety in production of our country,this law has implemented for more than seven year,but the emergence again and again of incident of the coal enterprise.This text launches describing around three respects of implementing "Safety in production Law" to the coal enterprise safety in production significance,the coal mine safety production existence subject matter,"Safety in production Law" to the coal enterprise safety in production protection.
