旋流-静态微泡浮选柱在三山岛金矿8000t/d选矿厂的应用

    Application of cyclonic static microbubble flotation column in 8000t/d capacity concentrator of Sanshandao gold mine

    • 摘要: 本文论述了旋流-静态微泡浮选柱用于金矿分选的机理,并指出其在金矿分选方面具有中矿循环、微泡分选和静态分选的优势。在三山岛金矿8000t/d选矿厂的应用取得了金精矿品位≥50g/t的分选效果,结果表明旋流-静态微泡浮选柱对金矿石具有良好的分选作用,能够分选出合格的金精矿产品。最后,文章还提出了当气泡发生器堵塞数量达总数的2/3时应及时通透、磨矿细度-200目应≥50%、优化操作工艺参数和增设喷淋水等几项改善旋流-静态微泡浮选柱浮选效果的措施。

       

      Abstract: This paper discusses the separation mechanism and the advantages of using cyclonic static microbubble flotation column to gold ore separation,which included middling cycle,microbubble flotation and static flotation . When used in 8000t/d capacity concentrator of Sanshandao gold mine grade of gold concentrate over 50g/t was achieveed . The Industrial application results showed that the cyclonic static microbubble flotation column had good effect on gold separation.Meanwhile,several measures included permeating timely bubble generator when the contents of blockage reached a certain quantities ,reaching the design requirement fineness(-200 mesh was over 50%) ,optimizing the operating parameters and adding spray water which could improve flotation performance were also suggested
